Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription and delivery

Spy Rival All Access is an online software subscription. The introductory price is US$19.33 for the first month. It renews at US$48.33 per month from the next monthly billing date until cancelled. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. There is no free trial. Access begins after successful payment and account verification; captures and analysis may take additional time. No physical goods are shipped.

Cancel before your next renewal

Open Settings → Billing in your dashboard and use Manage subscription to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You keep access until that period ends. If you cannot access your account or the billing portal, email hello@spy-rival.com for help. Contact us before renewal where possible.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or an express guarantee at purchase, we do not give automatic refunds for unused time, unused features or forgetting to cancel. We review duplicate charges, billing errors and service problems individually. This does not limit statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed services.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If you purchase as an EU/EEA consumer, you may withdraw from your initial service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Email us a clear request before that period ends. Starting to use the platform does not, by itself, waive this right. We reimburse qualifying withdrawals within 14 days of receiving the request, to the original payment method, without a processing deduction. Business purchases and ordinary cancellations outside applicable statutory rights follow the refund rules above. Other mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

How to request help

Include your account email, payment date and what went wrong. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the payment provider or bank may need additional time to post the credit. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
